In 1.995, Federico Díaz de Aguilar Cantero create the Company EXPLOTACIONES DE INVERSIONES AGUERI, S.L., devote to real state. Actually, AGueri is a reference on the real state activity on the south of the Lanzarote Island.
During the last years, AGueri has participated with renown on the real state market of Playa Blanca, developing basically the development plans of Las Coloradas, and San Marcial de Rubicón, near the Natural Monument of Ajaches and Papagayo beaches.
We are right on the promenade, just in front of the sea, on the center of Playa Blanca. We are a team of three people; Raquel Municio - comercial department, Begoña Marquin on the administration department and Federico Díaz de Aguilar Cantero, is the general manager of Agueri.
AGueri count with a group of collaborators, between we can mention The Architects Gregorio Prats Melero – Arrecife, Agustín Díaz de Aguilar Cantero –Las Palmas, y José Antonio Olano Moliner –Madrid. About legal matter and tax system we have services with the office of Llorens & Díaz de Aguilar –Las Palmas , Madrid, Salvador Miranda – Las Palmas, and Aboy Alpuin – Arrecife.
Talking about the finance, AGueri has a name and solvency which can be contrast with any of the general Management of Canarias from Banco Santander Central Hispano and Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, as well as with any of the directors from the banks placed in Playa Blanca.
